Where can I find the contact details?

If you have any questions about the property, check out the terms and conditions on the page of the property you chose. After booking, the contact details of the hotel will be available in the confirmation email of the reservation.

How can I view the price?

After entering the dates of your stay or business activity, you will see a list of available structures with clearly indicated price at your side. Different prices may be offered, depending on the number of people, the type of accommodation / cancellation or the cancellation conditions.

Can I find the facilities available on the dates when I intend to stay?

Just enter the check-in and check-out dates in the search. In this way you will see in the results only what is available on the dates of your stay.

Can I search according to the price?

Search for destination and dates of stay, as you usually do. Once you have obtained the search results, sort by price.

Can I look for a structure located in a specific area?

Yes, you can narrow your search by linking to the "Advanced Search" option.

How can I see the position of a structure?

Check availability for the selected property, you can view it on the map, the search result contains a link ("View Map") that opens a map of the area. The structure that you are currently viewing will appear highlighted, among other facilities and places of interest in the area.

Are published prices per person or per room?

All published prices indicate the total cost of the room for the entire stay, unless otherwise specified in the "rate" or room description.

Are the taxes included in the room rate?

To know in detail the services included in the price please refer to the "tariff" section of the "description" of the room.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

It depends on the hotel and the room type. Under the name of each accommodation is indicated whether the breakfast is included or not.

Is a reservation commission required?

No, no booking fees are required.

Do children pay the full fare?

Credit cards/payments

Can you book without a credit card?

Most hotels require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. However, you can also book by using other confirmation methods if expressly provided by the facility itself.

The property debited my credit card. It's normal?

The charge you have encountered can be of several types:

-    Pre-authorization: Pre-authorization is a validity of your credit card, which consists of a temporary block of an amount more or less equivalent to the total of your booking. The amount will be available after a certain period of time, the duration of which will depend on the structure and company issuing the card.

-    Deposit or Advance Payment: Some facilities require a deposit or a prepay upon booking. These conditions are clearly specified during the booking process, and are also reported later in the confirmation e-mail. If there is a possibility of canceling the reservation free of charge, the amount will be refunded in case of cancellation.

Can I use a debit card to guarantee my reservation?

At the end of the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. We will also send you a copy of the email confirmation containing all your booking information, the booking number.

Check your Inbox and Spam / Junk folder carefully for the email address you provided. Contact us if you need assistance.

In case of cancellation of the booking, is there a penalty payment?

Cancellation conditions vary from room to room. You can usually cancel or change your reservation up to 72 hours before your arrival date. For non-refundable rooms and for special offers, conditions other than standard may apply.
